
Ingredients
Mushrooms | - | 2 lbs sliced in half |
Garlic | - | 2 cloves chopped |
Red Pepper | - | 1 tsp |
Butter | - | 1 stick |
Sherry | - | ½ |
Teriyaki Sauce | - | ½ cup |
Parsley | - | 2 tbsp |
Instructions
In large fry pan cook garlic and pepper flakes in butter on low heat. Add in mushrooms, teriyaki sauce and sherry and cook over medium heat until mushrooms are tender. Remove mushrooms and bring liquid to boil until thickened like syrup. Add in parsley and salt and pepper to taste. Return mushrooms to heat and serve.
