Instructions
Cut the Onion into small pieces. Grind the coconut well with green chillies. Splutter mustard seeds in heated oil, add red chillies, curry leaves and onion. Stir for a while and then add the turmeric powder, methi powder, cummin powder and salt. Now add the ripe mangoes and a cup of water. Cover it and cook for some time. Then add the coconut/green chilli mix and cook for some more time. When cooked well, switch off the stove, and after a while add the butter milk to it, stir well. (Do not add butter milk when it is very hot.) Serve with rice.
