Egg | - | 2 (egg whites) |
Skim Milk | - | 2 cup |
Honey | - | ¼ cup |
Cooked rice | - | 1 ½ cup |
Raisins | - | ¼ cup |
Cinnamon | - | 1 |
Vanilla Essence | - | 1 tsp |
Instructions
Beat eggs, add milk and honey and beat well. Pour into baking dishes and add rice, vanilla and raisins. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top and bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Stir and add more cinnamon if desired. Continue baking for 20 to 25 minutes longer. Serve warm or chilled.
