Instructions
Take Medium size Cauli Flower pieces,remove of the stalk. Put it in a bowl. To this add Maida(2 tsp small),Corn flour 4 tsp(to be crisp) Egg white - one, Mix well.Add soya saouce 1 tsp,pepper powder,salt a pinch.Mix well this batter. Add water if needed. Deep fry this. In a pan put chilli sauce,soya sauce, tomato sauce, corn flour paste or liquid. Heat it for one minute.Add chilli powder sugar and salt.Heat for one minute. Serve with fried curry leaves and long sliced onions or spring onions with the greens well chopped.
